I am a radical community herbalist, and a queer, neurodivergent dreamer. I am a Nova Scotian whose heart has always been rooted in the salt air and rugged soil of home. I believe that healing is a birthright, not a luxury.
I offer trauma-informed education and support that is nurturing and accessible. Community herbalism prioritizes accessibility and mutual aid over clinical distance.
For me, herbalism isn’t just about supporting recovery from illness; it’s about reclaiming our collective sovereignty and ensuring that the tools for survival and comfort are held by the hands of the community.
